Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your TKG Custom Creations piece. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items and is deducted from your refund.

Personalized and Custom Items

Because most of our work is handcrafted to order, personalized and custom items - anything made with a name, photo, monogram, or other personal detail - cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tkgcustomcreations@gmail.com with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email tkgcustomcreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
