Shipping policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping (USPS or UPS) on every order within the United States - no minimums, ever.

Made to Order - Processing Times by Product

Nearly every TKG piece is handcrafted to order in Salem, Ohio. How long we need to make your item before it ships depends on the product:

• Perforated window decals, canvas prints, posters, vinyl decals, and wrapping paper: 1-3 business days
• Plasma-cut steel and aluminum signs: 3-5 business days
• Personalized or custom items: 7-10 business days

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
