Sizing can be adjusted slightly. To ensure that we are able to provide you with a plaque to cherish we may request additional communication.

With the memorial plaque package you get 1. Name, birth, death info 2. Saying of your choice 3. Simple design or clipart of your choice 4. Mockup image to approve or make changes to before completion.

With the deluxe memorial you get All of the above plus the option to add details of your choice. Such as small custom photo (engraved or sublimation), fingerprints, ekg and additional or detailed clip art.
